Rossella BLUE Mocerino is a figurative painter based in New York and Italy, whose work is defined by a recurring cast of enigmatic, masked characters. While many recognize her through her blog, The Painter's Eye, she is first and foremost an artist who uses her "painter’s eye" to translate complex human emotions and fantasies onto canvas.

Deeply influenced by her Italian heritage and the Venice Carnival, she uses masks not as mere costumes, but as symbolic portals to explore identity, mystery, and the "unspoken language of emotion".


She maintains a studio in the NoMad neighborhood of Manhattan, where she continues to create her works and write the posts that she brings to you in thepainterseye.com.
